If you are reporting for a licensed child care facility, a licensed Head Start Program, a private child care facility, a preschool, or a preschool within a private or public school, please select "Early Childhood Program." When you choose this option, a question will appear, asking if there is a kindergarten in your facility. If there is, select "yes"; if not, select "no."
If you are reporting for a Head Start Program that is not licensed, select "Head Start." When you select this option, a question will appear, asking if there is a kindergarten in your facility. If there is, select "yes"; if not, select "no."
